Products warranteed by Global PC Repair

For all defective products puchased and installed by us,
we provide 100% tech support. If you have any problem
with our installed products, contact us and we will
correct the problem, or replace the product.

Most products we sell come with a 1 year warranty from
the date of purchase, be sure and check your invoice
for the date you purchased the item from us.

For items determined to be defective, we will order a
replacement after we recieve the defective item.
An RMA# will be provided to you, and a replacement
will be ordered. Turnaround time is normally 2 - 7 days,
depending on where we purchased the item.

Any items out of the warranty period will be subject to
replacement costs and labor.

For all defective products supplied by you and
installed by us, we provide PAID technical support.
If you have any problems with these items,
please contact the product manufacturer for support.

Global PC Repair provides PAID technical support
for hardware and software issues, for many brands.
When the product manufacturer fails to comply
with a customer's needs, our goal is to go beyond
the customer's expectation of customer service.

Our price range for PAID technical support is
$55 per hour
